Globegarden certified as Best Workplaces Europe™
In autumn 2022, globegarden was recognized as one of the Top 50 Best Workplaces in Europe due to the high satisfaction values of its employees, which were surveyed externally. Over 80% of employees took part in the external surveys on workplace culture and satisfaction.

After successful certification as a Great Place to Work in June 2021, globegarden was honored as one of the Best Workplaces Switzerland in May 2022 due to the high satisfaction rates of the employees surveyed externally. Over 80% of employees took part in the external survey.

ISO certified Quality Management
Until the end of 2020 we were certified with the MS Standard International Education Excellence, since 2021 with the ISO 900 certification for a systemically implemented quality management.

"Childcare-Dialogue"
Globegarden has been instrumental in co-establishing the concept of the Kita Dialogue from 2021 to 2023. Our expertise in quality management, employment conditions, social benefits, as well as certifications and audits, has been consistently contributed to various working groups and committees within the city of Zurich over the years, in varying formats.
