Caroline Staehelin

Caroline Staehelin, founded globegarden over 10 years ago together with Christina Mair and Kristina Rebsamen with the strong belief that from the youngest child to adult education, people of all ages have a right to quality education. Passionate about her vision, she strategically built up the operational and personal management of the globegarden locations, which she developed into colorful and innovative learning and living environments that are committed to quality and education. Being a mother of two, Caroline is committed to the early years, operational excellence and quality standards at all globegarden centers focusing on the needs of the whole family. But above all, she is committed to the people with all of her passion and empathy. In the area of ​​employee management, development and advancement as well as in training programs, she makes sure that every employee can develop their full potential. In doing so, she continuously sets new, innovative standards for the company and often the entire industry.

Caroline has a degree in medicine form the University of Bonn and a Bachelor from the University of Zurich. In addition to her love for children and early childhood education, her medical training has always been an expression of her desire to help others.
