Christina Mair

Christina Mair founded globegarden together with Caroline Staehelin and Kristina Rebsamen and is passionate about growing the globegarden into an innovative and quality leader in early education, supporting the well-being of children and the work-life balance of families at a time of rising birthrates and women in workforce. As a proud mother herself, she is dedicated to the organization’s quality management, sharing best practices throughout the organization, and constantly innovating to provide parents with top-quality childcare solutions.

Christina holds a Master’s degree from the University of St. Gallen and the HEC Jouy-en-Josas. She and her husband, Ralph, are raising three children, the eldest attending elementary school.
