Kristina Rebsamen

Kristina Rebsamen spent her career as a founder of globegarden partnering with Christina Mair and Caroline Staehelin to solve the needs of working families. As a mother of twins, Kristina recognized that millions of working parents face difficulties balancing the roles as parents and work life demands. Since over 10 years, Kristina sets the vision and strategy for globegarden’ workforce and talent development unlocking the potential and personal growth of the globegarden family. In addition, she is responsible for the sustainable development and safety of globegarden’s child-orientated learning centers. 

Kristina holds a Master’s degree from the University of St. Gallen and University of Stellenbosch, South Africa, where she was involved in numerous human aid projects.
