Silke Stolley

Silke Stolley, Child Safety Officer and is responsible for the safety policies and prevention guidelines and ensures their implementation in company operations as well as adherence to the company safety policies throughout the organization. In addition to risk prevention and minimization, Silke oversees safety, prevention as well as balanced nutrition trainings,  and determines what needs to be taught to employees to create a better safety record to ensure that children in our centers are secure, healthy and sound.

One of the first women in Europe to earn a black belt in Jiu Jitsu in 1978, she combines her extensive expertise with a deep passion for safety and prevention. As a certified social pedagogue with advanced leadership training, she has been contributing nearly a decade of dedication to Globegarden, drawing on over 40 years of experience in childcare and managing early childhood centers.
